Almaeyolol from a guild called <Mom Id like to farm> ( officer ) is running an Enchanting business in Orgrimmar. He is requesting you bring him mats + tips, but he does not say how much tip he wants until you give him the materials.

He will then ask you for whatever gold he desires for the enchant, and if you dont agree to pay the sum he will ask you to, he will just keep the mats and leave.

In my case, i asked for 100hp chest enchant and 7agi gloves enchant, and he asked for 3g tip. I refused to pay, and he TP undercity with my gloves mats.

Nothing serious, he did come back eventually, forced me to pay 1,55 gold for the Chest enchant and then gave me back mats for the gloves enchant but you might want to watch him out.

Sounds more like confusion. Almaeyolol is not going to scam you, over 3g at that.

Krom, could please further explain as I don’t quite understand what im looking at.

And i need to know what faction - Kinuski is if anyone could help me out with that. Internet browser is being dumb and making this a pain, I'll address the other posts in the last couple pages in a bit, thank you.

Yes please you scumbag, keep making yourself look more like an idiot by adding people who train mobs or "Ninja skin" Jesus Christ. Is it possible to be any more of a tool?

Holy shit most of you people have no fucking idea what Ninja Loot means, including the OP.

Scylla and Mort are not ninjas. Torios is not a ninja. Derrygoon is not a ninja. Wynta is not a ninja. Pokeball is not a ninja. Bodio and Lacari are not ninjas. Oddworld is not a ninja.

The only people on the list in the OP that actually deserve to be there are Kuilox and Showtime. Jesus christ delete this fucking thread.

Never realized there was so much confusion over the definition of need and greed or the definition of ninja. In every guild on every server in every group I've ever been in, need means you need to equip and greed means you're going to sell it. It's amazing how many people don't have the same definition. Personally, I don't want to regularly group with people who believe their desire to sell something should take precedence over someones equipment upgrades. This is partially why guilds exist but I do find this list useful.

I do wish the thread was adhering to just actual cases involving looting though. It starts to get a bit fuzzy when we have non looting incidents included, and hard to keep track.

There is no definition of anything. Ingame loot systems are a tool to be used by the players how they see fit, and if you don't specify what you intend with them when you form a group then don't get all shocked and indignant when other people have different ideas than you. Yes, quite a lot of people think that everyone should roll need when a 200g boe drops.

Ninja Looting is when someone uses Master Looter to do things they shouldn't be doing. That's how it's always been, and what Blizzard's own definition of the term includes.

As for the things that aren't item related, low-tier griefing isn't something anyone should give a shit about and it's childish to get angry enough at it to make a list of names. Kiting stitches to towns is more of an annoyance than any of the stuff people have complained about in here.

Well, as I said that means a certain segment of the population is not going to find the thread useful and not care about being on it. Oh well. For everyone else it's useful. I don't see the point in flaming the author.

Again, as someone who does feel these things are instances of ninja looting and is probably within the target audience of this thread, my main concern is that non loot situations are included.
