It's a problem because putting someone's name on a list that says NINJA LOOTER when they aren't, which is generally a horrible thing to be labeled as, is slander and defamation? Plenty of people are going to glance over this, put all the names on ignore, and not bother reading further into the technicalities because they assume that people on the Ninja Looter list are actually, you know, ninja looters.

I mean how would you like it if you were put on a sex predator list despite having done nothing wrong? Plenty of people would see your name and immediately assume you're a horrible person not to be associated with.

Sorry Phaleg, I understand my explanations are quite hard to understand since I originally don't speak english
I saw Equel complained also here about Traplord (hunter), and he is talking about a priest and Skibi's Pendant. Equel was in my group and that's all what's about.

After Flysheeplmit (priest) tried to ninja the Skibi's Pendant, we were in regen phase in front of Witch Doctor Zum'rah boss, not in fight. Then he tought chest next to the boss was containing all the loots, so simply Leeroy Jenkinsed with invincible bubble through the boss, trying to ninja the chest, making all the graves around popping zombies with the boss aggro and wiping the group.

Is it more clear for you ? Don't think anyone would want such a "Heal" in his group

Also, the issue with Mortarion and Scyll is still being followed up on. If things go according to plan, they'll both be removed from the thread with an explanation and what actions were taken to resolve the issue.

I've read the constructive (and not so constructive) criticism in the thread, and honestly I'll leave to you guys.
I guess i didn't really factor in the fact that most people will glance over the OP and just assume everyone in is a ninja.

"Players to look out for" was supposed to cover the bases of things that are notably scummy, but don't particularly fall under ninja looting.

To my understanding, loot rules were generally "Need as upgrade, greed otherwise." I've played this game enough not to trust people as far as i can throw them, and usually wait till the last second on BOEs rares/epics to roll, lest someone tries to pull a fast one on the group after everyones already rolled and need and leave. But at the end of the day, it all falls under what loot rules you designate at the start of the run, otherwise your going off 4 other peoples assumptions which can lead to problems.

I will say that going in a group on the assumption that you need on BOE blues to sell for stuff like a mount is something i've never heard of in all the years i've played this game. Maybe this became common place after 2009/private servers, but definitely not before, on any server i played.
