i embrace that you condemn such rude play, anyway i would love to have a tied rule for that, whether its allowed, not allowed or any specail rule.

well , this will be a PVP server.
so it is "allowed"

this would also be a matter of pride, courtesy and making a name for yourself on the server.
a pact between factions is also a good idea to prevent this kind of unwanted behaviour so that alliance players can punish misbehaving players of opposite factions

When PvE supports a private server 3 to 4 nights a week, PvP supports him every seconds.

This is one of those things that was so great about Vanilla WoW. Spending hours getting wiped or wiping other guilds while trying to kill dragons. These things would turn into hour or day long events, and in some cases got almost the entire server involved.

This is a part of Vanilla WoW, if you dont want to deal with it, no one is forcing you to attempt to kill these bosses. Have fun, wipe people, get wiped, at the end of the day this is what it's all about.

If the Nostalrius staff are attempting to provide a vanilla WoW experience that is as authentic as possible, they really shouldn't involve themselves in gameplay matters like this past any point that the Blizzard staff did.

With that in mind, if a guild or alliance of guilds want to take on a World Boss target they should be asking themselves two questions. 1) Do we have the people online and ready to take this thing out? .... and.... 2) Do we have a reserve force to deal with pvp enemy targets that want to try something?

That's the price of admission. On a PvE server things might have been different, but on a PvP server there should be NOTHING stopping me from killing an enemy player or ruining their day, short of using outright exploits.
