I have been reading about how the leveling experience once you leave your faction controlled area is horrible becasue of trolling gankers that either gank the players or spawn kill NPCs is this all true? I mean I like world pvp and really was hoping to enjoy this game again the way it was supposed to be "Vanilla forever" but how am I supposed to enjoy it if everything that is said here is true?
Like I said i'm new, just finished Elwynn Forest and getting ready for Westfall with my wife and friend that joined me but I would like to know ahead of time if this is even worth my time? I played Vanilla wow up until the last few months and never did I have a problem with people spawn ganking lowbies in low level areas (atleast on the server I started on) and almost never had an issue with them camping NPCs, there was a few times but this was delt with by other high levels quickly, but here it seems it is not or atleast from what I read.
But like I asked is this all worth my time to try and enjoy my vanilla experience again or should I just stop now and also stop my other 20 or so friends that are also interested in this?

Yes it is worth the effort. Many leveling issues are solved by grouping with those around you. Also, when the ganking gets ridiculous there are places you can grind in relative peace. Joining a guild that looks out for it's members is recommended.

Okay well I have not really looked into the guilds yet I think I will once me and my wife and friend finish westfall. It is just the issue of ganking/camping and NPC spawn killing is all, I really do not remember this happening much during my time level however I might have also been lucky with questing during a time period where no one was around ganking people.
I just find it sad that people are like this, personally I see no point in ganking low level people it is a waste of my time as much as theirs. Then again I also know there are people out there that only live in this world to cause others pain and well disappointment which is sad fact to know. I'll contine with it but if it turns out as bad as people say i'll probably stear my friends away from this after all I did tell them i'll scout it out for about 20-25 levels and see how it is.
