rofl i was talking shit about developers putting all their resources into server stability for muh 9k players online while we were experiencing the excruciating wait for dire maul even though at that point, the server was only crashing once every 4-6 hours and didn't really need much work compared to having no fucking content at all

idk why they dont just open the test server up to everyone and fucking roll it back after a major test session and debugging

The amount of entitlement is hysterical and reminds me of how ridiculous hardcore progression guilds can be. No one cares that you invest infinite hours into the game, that doesn't make you and your no-lifer crew special little snowflakes. After being provided a free service that you have enjoyed for countless hours a little appreciation and empathy towards the hand that feeds would be better than taking a bite.

Pretty sure they scared off all of their good developers pretty quickly. Fuzedknight fixed UBRS and then they somehow manage to fuck it up again the patch after they gave him the boot.

Especially love being called out by a GM, won't say the name, though the conversation is saved, for killing Alliance players on my hunter inside Gadgetzan, while out of LOS of guards, or in aggro range of guards. Therefore, effectively safe by blindspotting. The location I was in did not impair pathing by guards in anyway, should I aggro them, but I was being warned for PVPing on a PVP server, and avoiding aggroing guards to be able to kill players without NPC retribution. Even after explaining this to the uneducated GM that this was not against the ToS, still continued to warn me and not to do it, and would 'get back to me' to inform whether it was allowed or not, though the threat ban lingered.

Watch out guys. You'll get banned for PVPing on a PVP server, whether legal or not.

I still haven't been given an update. It's been about two weeks now.

You'll be missed, GRIZZLY. Sad to see your guys quality efforts and time was put to shame and wasted by the server staff, and dare I say sabotaged possibly(though unconfirmed) in several ways.

This was all a good read, and I'm glad these guys put some time into this even though they were in no way obligated to do so. I haven't had the greatest experiences with all grizzly members, worst case was when i was farming elemental fires and while I continued to tag the elementals faster then these guys they ridiculed me and my guild endlessly claiming we would never kill rag. We had already killed him at that point but that's not important.

I've also had some positive interactions, Eso was kind enough to take some time out and talk me through some of the BiS items for my class. I'm still very grateful for the help.

Either way the fact is the things these guys are writing about major concerns for all of us staying on nost. I know flaming seems to be the natural first reaction to just about anything said on these forums. Constant cries of QQ or it's a free server etc etc.

I will always give the nost staff my support, I respect and appreciate the work they do. However I won't blindly ignore the many problems that have been and are still going on. I hope this stands as an opportunity to improve communication between the staff and player base. We should all want this server to constantly strive to be the best it can possibly be.
