I really don't mind this delay, sometimes its annoying but I'm fine with it, rather have the population.
Hopefully they just increase overall performance

the lag on Nost is aids, really. 3 guys I know stopped playing cause of that and its a pitty really, all of them were old schoolers from 2005...

Make that "four" as I doubt I was part of your "three" and I left for that reason alone. That lag is a little exacerbated for those of us one the West Coast but even still, Krono's is a breath of fresh air in terms of lag. I really miss all the people, though. I either wish that Nost had a lower pop so I could come back or, if that doesn't happen, that Krono's gets a boon in population from Nost migrations.

Open transfers will never happen between these two realms so the only solution is for people to suck it up and reroll a new toon on Krono's if they want to have a lag-free Vanilla experience. This will in turn give everyone on Nost the same experience.

I just tried Kronos in the past week as well. So far it seems better scripted and quests (like mage class quests) work there too. Plus little things like fishing, work smootly at Kronos. It's just fantastically smoother and "/join world" is active.

Honestly, I don't mind the lag. The benefits of having 6k+ online outweigh a little bit of lag. And if my past experience with private servers is anything to go by, then the population will most certainly go down after the summer ends, leading to less lag.

I know right! I mean to think that hypothetically, Richard can lvl a hunter to 60, get bored after 10 minutes and securely sell this hunter to Peter. Such p2w..clearly Peter now wins the whole game, pwns in pve and pvp.

I'd much rather have a lag from the UK like the servers were in New Zealand than deal with Kronos' p2w bs.

Yeah because people never buy 60s on Nostalrius, or gold. Sinba, susan, etc, none of them actually exist. No paying for advantages at all.

Those degenerate fuckers rightfully get banned on Nostalrius, though. Kronos encourages RMT and actively endorses it despite how much it drags down every MMO.
