Make it impossible to solo DM North as a "HUNTER"

You are a liar or you have a fucked up mind. No one would like to play a game where MC would be soloable, but I guess you want everything is super easy and you get all epix and gold without doing anything.

Just because DM soloing happened in retail doesnt matter it shouldnt be prevented here. Just like the BG queue system got changed because it was all about premade vs pugs. Why would we have to have some dogmatic stance to have stuff as "blizzlike" with all its exploits and other things.

People soloed it in vanilla, so thats why hunters are doing it here.
Nostalrius wont change anything because soloing DM happened in vanilla.

The problem is that they're soloing it too easily here, whereas in retail vanilla it would take more than twice as much time and effort.

Who are you to tell us "how WoW is meant to be"? Nost is mean to be how blizzard retail was in vanilla. The same thing was done in retail, the same thing will be done here. If you dislike the server it is your choice whether you want to continue playing on it.

You can watch all of the Hunter vs. World videos. In no way does that hunter solo the King Gordok like it is done on Nostalrius. You cannot split pull the boss away from Cho'Rush on retail.

The drop chance of books on our server is too high also. One of our guild's hunters had gotten 3 Foror's in less than 500 kills. The listed drop chance on Allakhazam was .13% chance to drop from the King.

Notice also the hunter in mail is taking less than 500 damage per hit from the King. I take 700+ damage from the King in maximum possible armor in Dire Bear Form. This server is seriously fucked up with respect to the design decisions that have been made.

Killed King solo 200+ time, never got a class book drop off him, or Treant's Bane. Only the green books. Some people are just luckier than others. You also have to keep the large population of the server in mind. The book drop chance is fine.

Really this is just insane this farm alone has broken the server economy and dont tell me it hasnt, look at all the herbs they are so cheap.

Profession doesnt make much gold unless you are very lucky to have some good ones / rare ones.

Everything is overfarmed.


But DM North has just killed everything, i make 100g/h ... ive spent 18 hours there now i have about 2000g+ gold laying around just like that.

Shouldnt be this easy to farm gold in any way please fix this make it impossible.

The King and the Observer should be linked like they were in retail, the same way Shadow Hunter Vosh'gajin and Lord Alexei Barov are linked to their adds, making DM farming harder and more time consuming but not impossible.

I actually think you could split the pull the king/obs on retail as well, just because he didn't in H v W doesn't mean it weren't possible.

The real debate is about splitting pulls. Not about the king/observer or gold farming.

Should splitting pulls be allowed at all? It was on possible on retail and I can't recall any bans for it.

Confirmed by GM in game, it is not allowed to splitpull these bosses. Pls fix chorush casting with 0 mana now.
