Welcome all USA players. This server should run well for us, as it's located in west Europe. if you don't know, west Europe is what you want. If you compare pings on Europe servers, one located in France(such as this) is almost as close as you can get. I'm from Georgia(US East) and get around 130-145 on servers in these areas. You should have a nice 100-200 ping. Other servers, such as the upcoming Kronos, are farther east, and will be higher. I don't prefer to tell people where or what they should play, but this is the kind of server(host location) you want if you're in America. Location is a big factor for us since we're already cross ocean and like any multiplayer game, WoW is sensitive to action delays. Similarly, Feenix, a server of realms hosted in Romania(may as well be the moon), is terrible for us. We need our own Classic server that is much closer to home. This looks like the best choice. If this server gets all the Americans, it should have a nice population and some decent raiding guilds for us. Not only do we need English, but American time zones for schedules doesn't hurt either. I will be playing Horde for most characters.
