Tbh I could care less about him stealing a BoE pattern that everyone should've rolled need on. It was more about him lying about having tailoring, then reasoning that it was ok because the only person that could use it was Nite (his irl friend). All around a dumbass. This is coming from a guy that advocates needing on all BoE drops lol. He's been trying to sell the pattern in trade for the past two days now, and nobody is buying it.

Er...it's kinda preraid BIS for Priest, and Priest is the only class that can even use it.

As someone said already, it's about common courtesy not to need on an item used by a member of the party and for which loot rules were stated. (Read: Need if you need the recipes, greed for selling)

A clear blacklist. Also I suggest blacklisting everyone in this thread that said they'd so the same, avoid them mouthbreathers indeed. I found like 10 ninjas in a single thread.

If by "everyone" you mean "3 people", then yes, "everyone" agrees with you. And they'll be getting blacklisted too, for being greedy douches that roll need for vendor/AH value over people who actually need the item as an upgrade.
