Bring back deeprun tram flute

If it was intended for use in the deeprun tram then why cant it be made so that you can only use it in the deeprun tram?

Everybody could just go down there for a big flute rave. People who don't like it can fly. Everybody is happy!

Personally i couldn't care less either way. Never bothered me.
