I remember the whole premade vs pugs discussion previously where a lot of people were just standing in base or running around randomly not putting up any resistance so the premade would win quickly. I remember some admins/moderators in here saying that this behaviour was illegal and that when you are in a BG you should fight, at least in WSG/AB.

This issue came up long ago and Blizzard's response was basically if you are at your keyboard you can do whatever you want, even in a BG. Your realm-mates will learn to hate you, and probably blacklist you... but maybe you don't care about that. Maybe if you see this guy, lure an Ally using aoe to his area and get him popped out.

I dont know what u guys have. Ofc its bannable! He refuse to play the BG. If u take the flag in WSG and dont hand in by purpose, u refuse to play and this is bannable. He is Account-Sharing as well, but seems the GMs dont care about facts to ban him. Sometime I think chinese wont be banned, never...
