I will put him on ignore for sure and I hope everyone else do the same. He should burn for this, i.e. not getting invited to future dungeons, raids or any serious guilds. Hopefully this will teach him and others a lesson. Without crosserver dungeontool you cannot get away with things like this (at least not on that particular character), and its up to us to keep informing others.

1) Cleaned up
2) Stickied! These kind of threads should be up there to warn everyone not to group with scumbags. This helps tp purge most of these people from the server, or at least prevent more victims.

I feel we should side on caution before doing this? I say this because I have accidentally ninja looted in the past. Not on purpose but simply because I made a looting mistake.

The real question to ask is can the Nost staff or GM's assist with looting errors if needed?

I would recommend noting these people but don't blacklist them yet. Obviously if someone is a repeat offender they should be banned from the server.

Asking GMs to fix these sort of problems, however doable, shouldn't be their highest priority. Its up the community to deal with these sorts of people for the most part.

In regards to the first part of your post, the only person whose currently listed in the first post is undeniably a ninja according to the screenshot. I will most certainly allow accused ninjas to try to make a case for themselves.

Ganjitsu: I dont understand. Are we suppose to ignore Death, Nuke and Cheemo? People being general a**holes is sad, but not really a case to bring up here though I think. I got like 15 screenshots of people being toxic calling names and racist and homophobic slurs, but im not gonna post em here, because the game is full of them and it wont do any good. The ninja looters are a more immediate problem.
