As for Bloodlord, he is intended to gain a level every kill instead of every 3. He was nerfed later in the patch cycle to only gain a level every 3rd kill and it's our policy to pursue pre-nerf versions of bosses. So this is not a bug, it's a design choice.

almost none of nost bosses are prenerf whats this argument Oo

there is a Nostlike term for this. Pre-fixed, or pre-intended to increase the immersion level over 9000.

aka any raid guild having problems with this hakkar should take a serious look at your roster quality

How?

If you go hard, the DPS will go past the tanks - doesn't matter how many warriors you have - and then gets one-shotted. If you're lucky, a rogue pops evasion and stays alive for few hits but that's it.

If you go soft, the healers will eventually go past the tanks and then gets one-shotted because eventually Fade/BoP will be on cooldown and druids don't even that those.

I'm sure there's a proper combination of classes and specs that can bruteforce him down in T2 gear but come on, don't act like every raid in good gear can do it if they just l2p. Because you only come across as an arrogant idiot.

Just get few tanks so when last one drops aggro, first is already again above healers and dps who can manage threat well

Contrary to popular belief, Warriors can't do anything without rage, and Hakkar gives no rage to any Warrior tanks he's not targeting. When a tank gets mind controlled, healers will generate more threat than said tank just by trying to keep the next tank alive.

Don't forget "pre-nerf" requirements like the now totally cancer Zandalar class enchants. Thank you, Nostalrius.

U need to take a look at this and get rid of the Spider Aspect, which is bugging the boss as described in the quoted post here:

Wowpedia tactic

Mar'li is dead but aspect is on

High Priestess Mar'li (Spider Aspect) - 6 second stun against current aggro holder. (Prior to patch 1.12, there was additionally a complete aggro reset).

Yes, exactly that. The kiting tactic works well and a really well geared raid can probably burn him down quickly enough before they wipe.

Saying that any group (regardless of composition) in pre-raid gear can down him if they just L2P is just arrogant bullshit.

Anyway, I kinda hope that they don't fix him because the kiting strategy was really fun.

Hmm I wonder why it was nerfed...

DING! MOTHERFUCKER!

*Although, Nano, regarding the "Watch" mechanic of the Broodlord fight, regardless of if the person being watched does anything or not, Bloodlord will still charge and kill them. In the image above you can see a bit of raid chat discussing this; I may make a bug report later when I get better evidence. It doesn't make the encounter ridiculously hard like the Hakkar bug, because after a while we just ignored the charging and zerged the hell out of him.

I don't know if it was fixed or if the bug happened afterwards, but my guild killed Mandokir the night ZG was released smoothly, the Watch mechanic was working fine.

Not true. We killed him on Sunday and he did his random charge which he is supposed to do and then only charged the watched target if that target moved/casted. As long as you don't do anything while you're being watched, you'll only have to deal with the occasional random charge. Spread around enough to minimize the damage and heal through it.

We ended up just hitting ESC whenever we were watched and not moving at all and that worked
