The warrior you are talking about is dagger spec. Just because something is out of the norm doesn't mean its wrong. Clearly the loot system is working for the guild. There are months before the next real content patch and they are clearing raids weekly.So I don't know why you guys care so much.

Luminous Force ignoring MS>OS in both Smiter's and my situation and then handing out BiS Plate gear to their Prot wars so that they can PvP is a far worse sin than the Nilla Wafers Hunter taking DFT.

At least in this case it was an open and transparent use of their DKP system - while you or I may disagree with a Hunter taking this extremely rare and powerful item, Nilla Wafers at least followed their DKP protocol that they've been using from day one.
