You got banned from a player created channel and your alleged reason was you asked for a group. You then preceded to create ~15+ characters with hateful names and spam hate speech in world chat for a good few hours. Had you came to the forums and started some sort of ruccus about being banned for no reason you would have some ground to stand on, you did not do that. No one believes that you were banned for no reason and because of your very negative actions/words in game AND on the forums you are now permanently in the wrong. The vast majority of the population now dislikes you because of your actions, GRIZZLY did not decide one day that you should be banned from world chat for the rest of your life, people not associated in any way with GRIZZLY are banning you from world chat because you have shown yourself to be immature and unable to control yourself.

You broke the terms of use in the following ways:

I - Name choices
Any name that matches any of the following categories, explicitly or not, will be considered outlaw and will lead to a sanction :
Harassment or Defamation

V - Sanctions

A - Warning : For minor sanction, a warning is first given to inform a player about the rules and warn him about future sanctions.

Examples :

Spam,
Abuse of public discussion channel for private matters,
Irrelevant subject,
Insults, taunts or "trolls"

C - Account interruption for 3 hours : Given to player who had already received a warning. It is used to reinforce warnings and to sanction a violation of the rules.
Examples :
Repeating offense after warning,
Racist or offensive sentiments,
Lack of respect towards the server or the staff members,
Player harassment,

D - Account interruption for 24, 48 or 72 hours : Interruption for 24/48/72 hours are given to players who already received an account interruption for at least 3 hours. These are given for serious or repeated violation of the rules.

Examples :

Aggressive behavior against staff members, server or server policy.

And yet you sit here and bitch on the forums because you're being restricted from a single chat channel SOME of the time. You shouldn't even be allowed to play the game, get over it.

It's not an opinion though, go read the terms of use. You broke them in such a way that your account should be banned permanently, it should've been banned for 3 days at the least. I'm not forming some opinion, I'm quoting facts.

spamming in a player created channel should result in a perma ban? thats not blizzlike at all my friend that feels more like some totalalrian government type setup.

edit: and for a grizzly member to be quoting the ToS is just absurd seeing as how you all break the ToS on every server you play on looking for bugs and glitches to abuse

I'd like you to provide proof of GRIZZLY breaking the terms of use on other servers and even so that's irrelevant. You broke the terms of use in such a way that you should be banned, what other people did or did not do has no bearing on that.

Because you're immature. You're incapable of acting civilized, apologizing, or having any kind of reasonable dialogue. You threaten our members with bodily harm, feed off of rumors circulating on korean smoke signal boards, and are just a generally dis-likeable guy in general.

Had you actually apologized for what you said to a moderator that got you banned instead of running your bratty mouth off on an alt in private messages, you know what might've happened?
