I agree. If someone uses hate speech on a player-owned channel like Worldor guild chat, there's not much you can do about it.

If they use such language on LookingForGroup or any server-sponsored channel, then you can screen cap it and report it to the devs. Speech has consequences, and using hate speech on official public game channels can get you banned.
