Crillskin I'm sorry for your loss but my concern is more for the future, this could happen to anyone and the policy of not restoring accounts basically means there is nothing you can do about it. It may not be your main concern now but what about a year down the road in a full T3 character?

We finally decided to *not* restore deleted characters at all, to be fair with the players we refused to restore previously.

Restoring deleted characters due to account theft is pretty blizzlike, I thought the goal of this server was to be blizzlike.
