You guys were are well off compared to some of the scum on alliance side. The guild <Nope> brought almost 100 people out there (maybe more), and after they figured out how to reset the boss, they decided they would run down far to the south east and hide until they could try to tag at a lower %. They never attacked on any alliance tag but their own, even though the alliance had the tag for more than enough time to kill it. Both <Blacklisted> and <Entitled> were DPSing after <Molten Core Swim Team> tagged it, but the shit bags in <Nope> thought it was better to give to give the kill to the horde if they couldn't get the loot. Some alliance left the fight early after they saw <Nope> refuse to help and instead run and hide when they didn't have the tag.

I don't see the issue. So Grizzly got the first kill... like there is some sort of benefit associated with it. In the grand scheme of things Nope did what they should have done. Tried to kill the boss to get loot, and not help when it's not their tag.

Horde got the first kill. To say anything less than a coalition of GRIZZLY, Dreamstate, Phoenix, Project Mayhem, CBA, Convulsion, and several other guilds could've accomplished this task would be arrogant, even for us.

Special shoutout to the guilds that finished Molten Core while Azuregos was still being contested and decided to not show up.

That's probably how <Nope> justified exploiting Rag, "We're here to get loot, it doesn't matter what we have to do to get it." I'm glad horde got the kill because in the end most of them worked together, unlike <Nope> scum trying to loot whore instead of helping their own faction.

It was a great event, that's for sure. That combined charge by Grizzly, Convulsion and Dreamstate (and everyone else who was there) was awesome. I did expect the fighting to last a lot longer than it did, but regardless it was some fun times.

Quality world boss fight, enjoyed it.

Despite Horde winning, there's much to be desired in terms of organisation. Leadership of the Horde guilds needs to make an effort to devise more structured communication methods for the world boss fights.

For reference of good communication and coordination, see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=05B2B46C4gE

It's of a Kazzak kill where Horde annihilates an Alliance force of the roughly the same number. It's all about tactics and execution. In the pincer-maneuvre in question, 2 raid leaders (in separate teamspeak channels) are directing 2 full raids, while communicating in between in writing. This can easily be replicated on an even larger scale if necessary.

I was worried about Alliance contesting world bosses when we first entered Azshara - their numbers were clearly superior. I am no longer worried about that. Shoutout to all the elitist Alliance guilds - thanks for this and all the future kills ;).

Slight correction, Phoenix haven't shown up even after I talked with their GM several times, trying to persuade them to show up since we were GREATLY outnumbered and outgunned. Project Mayhem was in MC as well, showing up just before Azuregos was killed, another useless bunch.

Whole event started with Dreamstate and Grizzly grouping up at the edge of Azshara, then pushing towards Azuregos. No other guilds joined us at this point, so going vs 100+ grouped up allies (5+ guilds) wasn't exactly fun. A bit later, some members of Convulsion and CBA joined the fight, adding more bodies to the fight.

It was a tough battle, we were outnumbered all the way till NOPE decided to pull out of the chase and just sit on sidelines, waiting for low % and their tag. At this point, events started favoring horde and we kept clearing the reset/respawn point, making sure most allies stay away. From here, it was all luck and games about who gets the tag.
