Same just happened to me and many others leveling in both Durotar starting area and Razor Hill by exactly that "Ignored" player you're referring too.

I've just read the whole answers to the post and, I also found offensive that guild name.
As many others have already pointed out, the fact that there aren't any guilds named Hitler, Boko Haram, Kim Jong-un etc... on the forum should make you reflect on why the terms of use are very clear about it....
