Hey OP, I think you're missing out a few things :
- Melee damage should even be slightly higher than it is currently because the migitation calculations are broken for Blade Flurry (and Sweeping Strikes).
- The only raid currently available on which you're making your statement(s) is the most melee friendly in vanilla. Several bosses in MC are just the perfect setup for a rogue (adds for cleave, constant uptime for AR + BF, encounter ending just after AR+BF is over).
- Casters' efficiency relies a lot on gear and debuffs on a boss. The first 2 raids are shit for them, especially with the debuff slots limit.They get their share of awesomeness with BWL gear upgrades and outperform melees in AQ/Naxx when sustained dps starts to matter way more.

Casters can also stack "ungodly amount of buffs" which are significant dps ugprades. They get an insane dps boost by using a flask (with a preraid gear it's doubling your spellpower basically) when a melee just get less deaths/more sustain/better uptime or +40 poison dmg.
It just sounds like you have a problem with the game itself and how pve content and classes were designed, not with how it is working on this server.
There is only one thing I can think of (it wouldn't be possible for crits to miss on melee tables - which isn't even proved and requieres ISVV tests) that would make them deal slightly more damage than they should and you didn't even mention it.
As far as melee/ranged damage balance is concerned, you're not pointing out a single "unblizzlike" (and proved) fact to support your statement(s).
I guess your post is just a(nother) nerf request (retail vanilla ones were funnier though) like your name foretold.
