It's sad because that was a pretty nice guild on Emerald Dream and the name got jacked for this server by some dude who was in the original but sucked at running a guild and recruited a bunch of assholes.

Been in the guild for around a month (including the time they were "lets get wierd")..downed rag in our 2nd night raiding ..I'm unsure of what I said that's so funny. There's no other content to clear to really say who's good at what. We're farming MC 1night/wk just like all the other raiding guilds on the server.

Guessing people are just intentionally trolling now with nothing to support it. Keep the flames going, it's been awhile since I've seen people so riled up about 10 year old content..

I also never said you were a bad tank, I've never actually 5manned with you, it's irrelevant to me. I'm guessing you made a bad impression on the guild or whatever, shit happens, im sorry.

Though on a side note, I honestly dont give a fuck about the trash talk that occurs in mumble or whatever (nothing is truly racist if that's what you're saying, we don't select our raiders based on race or gender). As long as we clear at a good rate, which is currently what this guild is doing, I'm fine.

The entire thread from the OP until now has been exactly that. All talk and no evidence presented. That the stories do not match up isn't surprising. I wouldn't be surprised if both parties are convinced that they are correct about the timeline of events. People remember shit badly.

The entire topic seems fishy to me, and it leads me to actually consider Hers timeline more likely to be correct. What the officers of the guild convinced themselves happened after the chaotic situation was over I give very little for without some evidence. It's just way too likely that the official story within the guild ended up being the story from the guy who remembered it in the least favorable light for the person who looted the item.

That however hardly absolves Hers. Most obviously Hers claims that LazyPig autoclicked the BoP warning for him. That's rather odd since there is no such function in LazyPig (unless a new version is out that includes such a braindead function active while in a party.) I assume that it is within the realm of possibility that it bugged out and accepted the loot since the code for LazyPig includes a function to avoid pressing accept if the BoP confirmation window is open, suggesting that confirming the wrong stuff has been an issue, but I'd consider that a long shot.

Considerably more likely is that while in the process of checking out the loot, all of a sudden the Viskag was there and all he needed to do was press 'ok'. It is also possible that he thought that since ML was on the confirmation window was a bug and "there is no way that I'll actually get the item if I press 'ok', right? Gotta see.."

That is what I consider the most likely course of events. A crime of opportunity and/or stupid curiosity.

It was just a random series of events that formed drama. Hers was stupid for using lazypig to autoloot BoP items, and the raid leadership was at fault for blowing the entire thing out of proportion. I've played with Hers before. We aren't friends, but I know of him. I don't think he did it intentionally, and especially not for a viskag, which you get basically every kill. There were two lessons learned today. Hers is a dumb ass, and Divinum has bad leadership. They resolved it within the guild, yet chose to make a forum post and instigate drama. Hell, he even tried to resolve it without drama by offering all of his earned DKP plus no earning for a month... Like wtf. Ggwp, thx for the laughs.
