Good thing we in Dreamstate contact Nostalrius staff as much as you guys in NOPE do. Or apparently even more so then you guys in NOPE do. As you can see in the above screenshot, whatever you guys are doing is “not allowed by the Terms of use, as it can be considered as Botting or/and Multiboxing”.

I think the one person that needs to make an apology here is you mister Shatari, not to Keala, not to Dreamstate, but to the community for making yourself look like a complete and utter fool. “spewing lies” and “fabricating evidence”... Pretty sure those 3 accounts OP mentioned are still banned permanently for botting, and that Ripcaptive dude is doing the exact same thing as those 3 previous accounts that got banned. So not sure which cave you live in. Can I come and visit? Make sure you prepare skittles though, I like skittles.

I see somethings never change . Instead of actually trying to do something and change the situation ingame loosers take to the forums and try to cry a victory.Its not like this hasnt happened xXx time already.For months topics like this popped up about NOPE in about everything and yet after all the reporting checking proding etc. NOPE is still running around.Did it even occure to the saltier members around here that "MAYBE" just maybe gm looked them over countless of times and didnt ban them because they didnt do anything that would warrant a ban?Its true that NOPE sometimes ride it pretty close to the edge, but that is something top guilds always did to stay at the top.

Without pointing fingers at anyone, the precedent this whole situation delivers is absolutely cringeworthy.

Let's take a look at the history presented in this thread. Multiple alternate accounts were created with low level characters positioned on strategic spots using various 'programs' to spot a world boss. Those alternate accounts are DIRECTLY linked to the leadership and members of two named guilds, they even admitted to using them actively. Over the span of time, those alternate accounts got banned, one by one, for botting but NOTHING has happened to MAIN accounts that directly benefited from banned ones and that are DIRECTLY linked to them and are originating/being created by the same players.

Basically, the Staff's response to botting on alternate accounts in order to attain benefits on primary ones (in this case, two alliance guilds who's leadership and members admitted botting on secondary accounts) is that it is acceptable and within the rules, meaning primary accounts will never have to fear any repercussions regardless of them being directly connected to alternate ones/coming from same IP's/are created by same players.

Following this example, I can make a secondary account, and start goldtrafficking/botting/ignoring and breaking the rules in any other way and my primary account will NEVER be in any danger.


Sorry boiz, but I am a tad shocked by the precendent GM's are setting here. This simply goes beyond anything I've imagined..
