Do we even have any proof that banning select exploiters have actually helped the economy at all? There's still plenty of fuckheads out there with troll protector gold, lockpick sun alcors and inifinity vein arcane crystals and what not.
But I'm glad we're slamming down hard on people using /follow while we got people running around with T2 gear from illegitimate boss kills and swimming in gold/materials.
(I hold no grudges towards any guilds, I really dont care that bosses have been killed illegitimately I think it's the servers fault for rushing raid content)
But what is more gamebreaking a lowbie following a lvl 60 or having the best available gear, and enough gold to last till naxx?
Also why is the lowbie following the 60 permabanned and entire guilds exploiting ID-resets/Broken boss mechanics get a slap on the wrist?
Obviously I think anyone breaking server rules should be punished, but accordingly and proportionally.
