If you leave the item on the body, it's fair game for the next looter. If your bags are full, items get left on the body, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure you have bag space. I also loot bodies after the roll, to pick up stray bits of cloth, and sometimes I shift-click. So in that case... guess who's bag the item ends up in?
