Give me a fucking break. How on earth is that a logical fallacy? What is it? Circular reasoning? an ad hominem? What kind of fallacy is it?
All he's saying is this is a tough job, and you are not appreciating it, as you're not acting on full information. Yes, they "avail themselves to criticism," but when your "criticism" is formed by jumping to conclusion about things you don't know about, that's hardly any more "logical" than "go make your own server."
I'm not even saying not to criticize Nost. It seems that there is definitely some places where the admins can improve, but that doesn't mean you should just say whatever the fuck you want.
You should really try reading Dale Carnegie's "How to win friends and influence people." You'd really learn alot, but I really don't expect you to, as my post violates many of his rules. But I'm mostly posting this, not for your benefit, but because I'm pissed that there are so many ill tempered, bad mannered people like you posting on these forums. And the worst part about the people like you, is that you already know the answer to everything before you even engage in a discussion.
So fuck you.

Criticism about what we feel was false advertisement and silence from the devs is being dicks now?
While its completely understandable that you feel that you've been mislead into investing a significant amount of time into a server that hasn't met its expectations, you are in no way being fair. Its completely inaccurate to claim they "falsely advertised." For there to be an advertisement, there has to be something actually being sold. "False advertising" is a legal term that bears with it tortious liability. These guys are in no way that culpable.
Even if they did flat out lie to you about the server, you never invested anything into this game beyond your play time. I'm sorry, you're just being unreasonable that you think they owe you something by virtue of using the legal term "false advertising."
In the event that you only mean that they misled you, fine. That's a fair criticism. But if you want a fair response, you need to be accurate with the words you are using.
