Ok, I was able to test for 4 hours earlier, American readers. My ping(south Georgia, US East) was where I expected for the server location(France), which is 130-140. Very little delay, very competitive(PvP). People west may be higher, but should have decent enough numbers. <200 is good.
Rubberbanding on other players was minor, making me believe that it's their fault, being 200+ from the server, not my own(or it's the server's fault). BGs ran well, although it was hard to get AV pileups with the limited number of players we had. They were typically 20vs20 or less, not the 40vs40 they should be. The ping did sometimes spike up to around 170-180, which isn't a good sign, but spikes are a result from of the server being overloaded, either with internal processing, or with bandwidth. We don't know the status of their hardware during the test, or what things they may have had running or not running. They probably weren't concerned with giving maximum performance for the 4 hour test session I played.
