Ok, we need to buff the spawnrate desperately because the population is much larger than a blizzlike server, meaning flasks will cost a lot more than they should. It's bad enough that the cost of flasks alone for a typical raid week is 700+ gold, but it's tolerable since only tanks (and maybe healers) need flasks now. However, when Naxx comes out, not only will the price require Naxx raiders to have no life, there also won't be enough black lotus to make the flasks.

Calm down m8. It took them 5 months beyond what was expected to take BWL out of stock MaNGOS which is baby tier levels of scripting compared to AQ40 & relevant events.

Now that they are "all caught up" to the competition, which had a similar quality BWL release, you won't see new content till March at the earliest.
