People have been doing this in AV since the beginning of inception... not saying he is indeed afk, but this PVP instance doesn't require you to be doing something, no battleground does.

Can't solve this problem folks, if it is even a problem in this case.

This happened frequently in retail when I was legimately defending blacksmith.

And on nostalrius Horde stomps ally so hard it's no wonder he got only 1kb1d while deffing.
