There is one slightly faster clear that was done on ED in AQ40 gear. And Warsong is a pay2win funserv that has had T3 available for years.

Not to mention the fact that tons of procs and abilities are bugged on Feenix to make damage ridiculous, and tons of buffs/consumes are stackable that should not be.

All props to nope, but the ED records were not set in AQ40 gear. AQ was not out at the time, it was done however after clearing BWL for over a year before getting that record.
The warsong record was done in T3 gear, but they don't really care about clear times so they could probably do it faster than what it is now.

Also your last point is valid, and buffstacking on feenix is quite ridiculous, but bosses also have like triple the amount of hp that they have here.

Uh you can go check Feenix HP pools thru raidstats.
Nothing in MC/BWL is over 1.4x. (40% higher)
I know KT has I really high modifier, but don't know about other Naxx or AQ bosses.

A lot of the bosses on Warsong have much higher HP. (4 horseman are literally x4 hp.) The extra hp on the bosses certainly outweighs all the extra damage you get from stacking buffs.

However, the Emerald Dream speed runs did heavily abuse some mechanics, most notably raid-wide oil of immolation (which incorrectly scaled with SP.)
