We get hundreds of tickets per week of players complaining about verbal harassment of all kinds, if it is against the Terms of Use(viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8), we will take appropriate actions. Just because you think it's funny, it does not mean all people do, no one is ever been muted or suspended for being helpful to another player.
