Just wanted to point out to the people that defended Hers by saying "why would he only loot 1 of the Vis'kags if he was a ninja?", because it's only possible to loot one. UNIQUE in Vanilla does not mean you can only EQUIP one of the item in question, it means you can only POSSESS ONE of the item in question. You can't have 2 of them, so it is still entirely possible that he DID try to loot both of them. Why didn't he loot the Judgement Helms? Probably wanted to play it cool and act like it was an accident, hoping he could stay in the guild. All I know is that I personally use LazyPig(everyone should, it's fucking great) and it absolute does NOT automatically accept BOP confirmations. The ONLY possibility for him to have accidentally looted the item is that when the popup window showed up, he accidentally held down Alt + Ctrl at the same time, which confirms popup windows.
He almost definitely took the item on purpose. That being said, Divinium is a guild full of shitters, so it's sad that this shitter lost a home where he should have been more than welcome. Also PLEASE PM the link of Kittikat in a Fedora.

Looting an item without right is clearly a ninja move. You can't get around that, even if you just clicked it with ML up out of curiosity. I can't buy it was an accident, no way. Facts are facts. Hers looted without permission.

Second, you can't reward this kind of behavior by letting them wipe DKP/not earn DKP for a month, since it will only cause problems down the road. Consider an item like DFT loot bugging. Every raid guild should have enough trust among their members to keep everything in FFA without it being stolen. Otherwise it's not an actual team, but a group of misfits.

Either way, you should post with evidence in the OP if you're making it a formal PR post, not in the 6th page.
