Black lotus 100% still spawns in AV, and still spawns exclusively in locations that are significantly closer to the horde starting spot.

This is not exactly true. There are multiple locations that are favor alliance, to the point that no horde would ever even have a chance at getting it. SH gy spawn for one, also just NW of Belinda enterance ish, those spawns are guaranteed alliance picks just as the one on the horde end of Snowfall GY is guaranteed to horde.

One location in particular is favored towards horde no doubt, but that's about it. It is basically even. I've lost many spawns just south of Belinda's hut to alliance. Other times I've picked the lotus and don't see an alliance for another 20 seconds. I don't think it's contested as much by alliance, horde tends to have 2-3 rushing for it every game.

Are you using every method available to you to increase your movement speed? If you aren't then you'll never get a lotus, and you probably won't ever see one in AV either. That's how tight the race is every game.

the one DIRECTLY BEHIND balinda is guaranteed horde every time, the one near galv, the one near snowfall, and the one to the southeast of balinda is almost exactly half way. there is only 2 that I've seen that are easier for alliance. Yes I have glove enchant/spurs/carrot, been doing this for a long time. there is far more than 3 spawns.

I agree Black Lotus, and probably herbs in general need to be reworked or looked at. For those of you stating there isn't enough black lotus to go around ( I agree, I'd like to be able to flask for certain BWL fights without silly amounts of gold farming each week) - what would you propose they do?

If they flat out increase the spawns in the world, they completely devalue peoples stockpiles of lotus and much rage would ensue.

I think they need to gradually ramp up the spawn rate over like a 6 month period, so there's enough to support the raiding population of the server.

I'm aware of the spawns. Not going to go through them all people can find them for themselves. The one Directly behind Belinda is not a guaranteed horde pick. there are really only two that are easy for horde as well, the rest are about as even as it gets not counting the alliance guaranteed ones. Most of them can go either way. Maybe the route you're taking to the ones behind Belinda isn't the optimal route? I'm not saying you're doing it wrong, but I've lost those spawns to alliance before so I don't know what else to say really.
