Uh...
Horde caps GY without being disturbed by the bunker, then caps bunker without being disturbed by the GY.
Alliance can either attempt tower while having a continuous stream of fresh hordies pile up on them, or attempt GY while the tower butchers them (yes I know IB GY flag isn't covered by the tower, but you have to get there first).
See the difference?

Horde main choke (IB) is roughly equal / slightly worse than alliance main choke (bridge). You can skip alliance main choke, you cannot skip horde main choke. Simple?
As I already said, capping SH GY almost always causes Alliance to fall back and defend their bridge so we end up with a 8 hour game.
Let's pretend that was a valid point, I would rather focus on why you don't consider IWB a main chokepoint? It got all the right components ( well positioned archers, mines, patrols, a small passable gap, etc) of a great chokepoint.
You can't blame Horde for alliances incompetence, you got 2 valid chokepoints, if you guys can manage the simple task of having 2-3 people guarding the jump spot.
And Horde base vs Alliance base is simply without comparison.
Horde got easily capped towers and a regular GY vs Alliances tougher barracks, similar GY, elite npcs in stables and at the forge which horde got to kill every 3 minutes because some inattentive person asspulls them.
2 Chokepoints and a tough base > 1 chokepoint and a crappy base, I don't see how you can argue with that.
