Yes i have done AQ20-40 and everything else wow had to offer. you saying its excessively harder - YET people clear it with no problem - means it is not hard and father prove my point.

I get that you mean tools like all kinds of bufffood, potions and what not. Raids do not require this though, you can go MC without them.
Im not saying that if you have the golds for consumables and are willing to farm, good for you, you do the dps you want / healing etc. But someone who wants to raid doesnt require all this.
Its not like these tools are free which you can get from a Vendor, because thats how it sounds like.
Addons? Sure why not as a tool, its not like im saying that i would force people not to use tools, everyone should be free to use any tool they want. I mean on a guild that wants to farm a raid dungeon every week within 30min-1hr because they want to do something else at the evening then so be it, but that doesnt count as a general rule, i mean the point is fun, archiving fun is sucess, downing a boss, clearing a dungeon is sucess too, trying the boss and always getting better every next try is sucess too...

You clearly haven't played vanilla, even bosses as simple as raggy required consumables, and most people were sami-forced to get them, for us for example each class leader would check his minions for consumables if they did not have the requirement they would be benched.
conclusion:The more i look into private servers the more it solidify my opinion that their attempts to mimic retails fails mostly and they end up making it way easier then it was.
Player competency was an issue back then too, and player were remove and replace in raid teams and no i don't think that is the main reason why raids are easy here..
Consumable and preparation also isn't it either, retail vanilla players also farmed consumable, had addons and in most decent guilds were specced correct and knew the fights.
if anything i think it was way stricter in decent guilds you had to meet their requirement or you'll simply not play there was class leaders that would sit on your neck to perform better and check after you.
People lost dkp for mistake, for being late for raids for doing stuff they are not suppose to.
I think the reason its easier is because of the talent tree difference and the bugs smilkovpetko reported and probably other bugs.
Also yes i may have watch streams by pros, but even then killing raggy about a minute and a half before he immerses never happened even with top guilds.
yes those pros might have made it look easy but i dont think that's only it, i think its more a technical / miss optimized configuration rather the player's changes.
