Seriously, there is a freedom of speech. If you don't like what they are saying in a guild, just leave. You also can't whine if people tell you anything bad in a private chat. You can simply block them.

People get offended by different reasons. Some get offended because of racist behavior, some get offended because they got killed unfairly by 3 enemies. Stop whining, you are on your own here.

I also joined a guild which seemed really nice at first but the utter bad language and some weirdos in guild chat made me leave it. Id rather keep my eye out for small size guild that thinks who they recruit not just randomly invite every turd.
