So I had an idea for a clean and easy way to track server progression. Check out the link below to see my idea.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharingIt's just a spreadsheet on a google doc, but the basic idea is that the guilds will be listed on the left and the bosses are listed out to the right of each guild. The boss names are then color coded to indicate whether it has been cleared or not, as well as another "stand out" color to indicate server first.
When determining the rankings, I would recommend giving priority to Server First's, then to the total number of bosses downed. If two guilds have killed the same number of bosses, the tiebreaker will go to whoever killed them first.
- In my example tab, both guilds have killed the same number of bosses, but the Alliance guild downed their most-recently-killed boss first so they are ranked higher.
When a new tier of content is created, we would just simply need to create a new tab on the doc.
Feel free to adopt this or not. I just think that this would be a very clean and neatly organized way to manage the server's progression. Of course, I am more than happy to help you maintain the spreadsheet, as well. Considering the number of guilds already shooting for server firsts on the server I'm sure it will be a real headache to manage all by yourself. lol
