I don't think content will be rushed as much as people think though, granted people were exploiting to get full pre-raid BiS gear, there will be hard gear checks (hopefully if scripting is correct) to allow some limited time frame for people to catch up in gear/content.

As much as I don't want to feel rushed, I do agree somewhat with the timeline that was currently put in place, but given the current rush of content, I'd rather not see this server over in 1 year or less. I'm sure they'll consider all sides and come to some sort of happy medium, ESPECIALLY if loot drops from cleared bosses LOL.

There is ZERO proof of people exploiting to get full pre-raid BiS gear, it's all but disproved by people saying they reported it in the beta and it didn't work here the day after that forum thread went up. The vast majority of the community is acting like they NEED to be doing all of BWL the second is released. If you can not kill Ragnaros two months from now it means you're not trying; if you CAN kill Ragnaros two months from now then you can certainly do Razorgore and begin progressing through BWL for very good upgrades. If BWL is not out two months from now there is going to be a lot of people quitting.

TIL Alt + F4 on boss fights for desired gear w/ lvl 1 @ entrance. Full BiS w/in a week is full BiS - sure Rag is ez now. All makes sense. In your 'defense' though some of the drops are not scripted correctly, lulz

EDIT :: and before you even try to disprove this, multiple streamers have shown it works currently.

What are you even trying to say? The resetting instance at a boss exploit does not work here. Nor do we have full BiS. You can see people in TERRIBLE gear in our Rag video. Our tanks wouldn't have died 4+ times nor would we have had barely 15 people alive when Rag fell had we been in BiS.

What streamer proved it worked? lol

I can think of maybe 3 people in our guild with what's considered BiS as of last night. No one had it during Ragnaros.

What streamers have confirmed it exactly? Do you have a link to their video where it proves it works? If rags so easy will blacklisted clear MC soon?

I strongly disagree here but I think neither of us can prove our opinion to be right. Personally I think the group that is best served by fast release of content is but a fraction of the group that is served by slower release of content.

Please give me an argument why it should be delayed?
dont get me wrong im so casual i wont see bwl for a year, but what would u and me have from delayed content?
gear imbalance in pve? monsters dont upgrade
Nobody left behind? whats the point of the poopsock race then?
Vanilla feels? that depends on you not on release dates!
i just do not logically understand your mindset, im sorry, pls gief hint!

Gear imbalance in pvp.

And the poopsock race is exactly the thing that I mean with catering for 80 people instead of the vast majority.

Who cares if grizzly is full of no lifers wannabes elitist, better for the ones who are waiting for nostalrius to turn TBC, lets face it how long is vainilla going to last? 1-1.5 years? TBC is the best expansion and the longer one, the raids on vainilla are too easy and already done 1k times, kuddos to the fast cleaning. tbc FTW.

Why does the vast majority need to have only one raid on their plate at a time? It's much more fun to be progressing on MC/BWL and try a boss or two on the higher tier content. If you can kill Ragnaros you can kill Razorgore and should be able to do Vael. If you can kill Chrom you can do Skeram etc. You don't NEED to have the previous raid on farm to step foot into the next raid. This misconception is hurting the "vast majority" and past that if EIGHT weeks from now you aren't progressing on Ragnaros you're not trying and the release schedule you desire/need would kill a server.

the idea that this server is going to die because of slower raid release than you prefer is hilarious

there's thousands of active players here, if two guilds decide it's too slow and leave then it's a drop in the bucket.

And again, I disagree, because I think it's a very small group that really needs the fast schedule. But again, it's empty words from both of us by lack of proof.

Edit: what auk says.

The proof is the release schedule of ED/Feenix. BWL lasted far too long on that server/is lasting too long and their population is fucked. Four months isn't the same as a year but you're insane of you think people don't want AQ40.
AQ40 is THE raid people want, everyone has done MC/BWL on these servers and whichever server releases a working AQ40 will be on top for the next LONG ass time.
