Gear disparity has always been a thing in vanilla. It will be worse when the top guilds kill nefarian the day he releases because they were able to farm for 6 months. When items get buffed again, the disparity will be less, and that's contingent on quick releases. Skill>gear in premades anyways

It won't be 80 people.
It's 120 on Wednesday, maybe 200 by next week, and increasing even more afterwards. You want a challenge? Kill nef with 2 months of MC under your belt. Yo want content cleared three hours post launch? Let guilds farm content for four months.

How is it super rushed? Were going to have 5-6 raid guilds clearing Rag in two weeks. When dire maul comes out I'm sure we'll have 10, with even more progressing.
