Running from Echo Ridge Mine entrance, down south, to the river, is roughly 1500 yards.
(These numbers comes from MetamapBWP addon...you can verify this placing waypoints around)

Accounting for this, we go up to an 8/9% covered.
Considering a big chunk of zones are not reachable in the 2800x1500 square, the area covered by the scans might be more substantial.
