Lets try this from a different perspective. Lets say, (for arguments sake) that you are right and Kwazorn is a douché. What does that make you when you when you try to sabotage to the remaining innocent 38 players of the raid by ninja-pulling Ragnaros before tactics has been gone over?

I will make no comment as to if the lootban was just on unjust but actively sabotating the raid for 38 other people instantly puts you to shame here.

EDIT #1: By the way, I (One of the maintanks) also went BRB quickly in this raid when doing the trash before Geddon. I wrote in raid-chat that I had to go BRB for a few seconds, Kwazorn didnt see this and asked several times on TS where I was, when I returned he had seen in raid-chat that I informed the raid of the absence and that was the end of it. It was completely fine to go BRB. Because I informed the raid.

EDIT #2: As also has been mentioned. Having harsh punishments keeps people on their toes and keeps the raid smooth.

I did /y BRB PHONE, I'm certain I did. Also a whole lot of people in the TS was talking back against me, cause Kwazorn didn't dare answer me when I asked him out, and also some were writing stuff in raid like "kick him" etc.
I also had friends in the raid who never heard me being lootbanned mentioned at any time. Also there could have been no time for him to say that I was loot banned in the window of opportunity he had to do it (he would have said that I was lootbanned in the first about 20% of the Lava surgers health, as I was back trying to move back to the surger whilst killing it, with headset on with HIGH VOLUME)

I'm sorry to those that did not support him, some already talked to me personally after the raid so I could give them an apology in person, I had a couple of supporters you know. It was in the heat of the moment, I felt the treatment was very unfair, and alot of people were talking shit so I got pretty upset for all the time I had put in to be there. I'm sure some can understand my PoV, at least those who value time.
I know I should have just left the raid and this would have been a much lighter situation and my deepest apologies to those who were wrongly hit.
