So? Personal value is relative, if I personally value some BOP higher than vendor price, this is my own opinion or evaluation of the item. It has nothing to do with actual vendor value which is always the same for all players.

I see no difference only bad excuses to need on BOE when someone else could get it for free... You can also pay boosters to boost you to your BOP item with real money over paypal or with gold and get it right?

So no problem, grind the gold and pay if you find BOEs reasonable to need cos gold for all... vendor gold is for all also

edit: if OP wasn't such a flaming autist then he would have tried to play this situation to his advantage by asking the guy/his guild to sell the book to him at a reduced cost since he was part of the group, instead he burns the guy and gains nothing.

Let's be honest here, that's half the people in this thread, from both sides of the argument. "I'm right, you're wrong, LALALALA CAN'T HEAR YOU", and so on.

I think we should all agree that at the end of the day, this all comes down to personal player opinion. Some think one way, some think another, no one way is right or wrong, as stated, a lot of it is subjective. The best thing for people to do is to group with like minded players, and avoid the drama. I don't think it is necessarily wrong to point out actions such as the druids, just so people can know not to group with them, if they do not agree with their play style. It helps to avoid problems. If you are honestly, 100% fine with running with players like that, then fine, by all means have fun with it, but that doesn't mean all people should have to if they do not want to.

As stated in my previous post,

Situations like this are why you should always try to group with people you know and trust, and when you are running a place that has a chance to drop items such as this, discuss how they are to be dealt with before you kill anything. If there is a problem, then set master loot. If that still causes problems with people, then find other people to play with. There are tools to be used to keep these things from happening, you just have to actually take the time to use them.

If youre going as far as paying people to boost you, I think that should indicate that something is wrong. But if you really wanna get into that, then I have to tell you, that you have no certainty, that your wanted item will drop even in 100 runs, so again, you CANNOT quantify one's value of BoP, so it is diametrically different. Of course 1000gold is a lot to one person and noting for another, but it is 1000 gold. In a dream world the rich would give to the poor, but guess what, they don't and I don't see it changing anytime soon.

Seems like from my point of view everyone should have gotten a chance to roll if you didn't reserve It. I also raided with these guys (1 gal)just yesterday in a ZG.good group no problems, I'd block him if you really feel upset about it. But as a tank why would you even want that weapon? It's not good for tanking. Wouldnt you rather have an alcors or finkles(ubrs) for tanking. Complaining about how you NEED it just making you sound like a noob wanting something only because it's purple and glows green in IF.
