engineering question:

is the guy "Zap Farflinger" bugged atm?

its a goblin @ Everlook whos supposed to teach u the "Dimensional Ripper - Everlook" which allows u to teleport to Everlook.

atm if u click him ( with goblin engineering 260 ofc ) u get the skill-up animation but u dont learn the recipe for crafting the ripper

anyone got informations regarding that issue?

ye think so, think some ppl alrdy using the porting to gadget ( as gnome engi ), so goblin teleporting should work too
