Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I wanted to know wether I will get banned if I go to Hyjal by doing careful jumping. A friend told me that he knows how to get there by just jumping without using ANY exploits or hacks.
I know many people who were able to do this in vanilla without getting banned (I think the zone got more protected in TBC or something)

I saw another thread about it but it did not get any official response. I know thaat getting to some zones that require exploiting, such as GM island is baneable, but I wanted to know specifically for Hyjal, since it is possible to get there by just jumping.

I still do not understand whether going to Hyjal is baneable. I do not see it as a "closed zone" since its reachable via jumping.

I know however, that going to GM island IS baneable.
