Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Anyone else get these disturbingly often? Had a couple before, but started getting bad lately once I hit Ashenvale. Seems to mostly pop up when I'm approaching a road. What's up with these? Is there anything that can be done?

Yeah same, it's fine for a few days, then it crashes for 15 minutes, every time i log in, then it's ok again for a while.
