Latency problem

Ive been playing on Nostalrius for about an hour now and Ive noticed im getting around 100-200 ms, which is absurdly high. Since the servers are located in ?Paris? and I reside in the Netherlands I wouldnt expect more than about 30-50 ms. If anyone knows what could fix this please respond. Members of the guild Im in live farther away but theyre getting less latency.
