You can buy the Private/Scout Tabard at pvp rank 1, which you get from getting 15 honorable kills during a PvP week. Once the calculation hits (usually Wednesdays at around 13:00) you get your rank.
The tabard costs 1 gold (w/o discounts)

It's 15HKs. Was changed some patch to 15HKs but the ingame tooltip was not changed before the honor system was removed for the new pvp system in patch 2.0

Thanks for info. I changed thread name cuz I have 1 more question:

I heared there is sth like "atlas" thread on Nostalrius forum, where you can see all items from bosses etc. Cannot find it, can someone link it? I downloaded atlas addon but it seems bugged and there are many missing or blocked items.
