Items with random properties (of frozen/shadow wrath)

Anyone seen the powerful versions of random property items in-game? I'm talking about "of frozen wrath", "of shadow wrath" and so on. I remember there were some insanely powerful green items, like +40 dmg chest, +20 dmg wands and so on.

They should be in this patch, right? They are listed on thottbot starting from february 2005, here's some proof:
