More accounts on the same IP?

Hi. I was wondering if it is legal to have multiple accounts on the same computer. Just to be clear here, i am not talking about multiboxing or something like that. I am talking of multiple accounts, only to be able to boost my self. How does the rules go about this?

that is literally what multiboxing is, which is not allowed.

Follow leveling is not multiboxing but is not allowed here. You can do it and get away with it but they could just wait until ur 60 and then ban you.

I've seen this a few times, once with a level 44 tagging everything in site to get kills for his mutibox's following him rather than the 5+ real low level players. Needless to say I reported him and I hope he got banned.

Whole guild was talking about how it fucks the game up with the problems of character selling and how more often than now they also end up botting.
