6k+ players play everyday without getting banned...they dont break the rules. It's really that simple.

Yes a GM can make mistakes (which they have) in which they punish for no reason, but you can always PM him or the admins to get your case reviewed.

GM's seem pretty helpfull as well as unwilling to punish players for things Blizzard would (camping flight points, griefing other faction) I'd say you are pretty safe as long as you don't not or multi-box or exploit something you obviously shouldn't be exploiting.

They care more about technical infractions than social ones that's for sure.

We don't delete characters, we do warn/ban if you are breaking the rules, if you think that is too much for you to handle maybe this isn't the right server for you.

We need a sticked post of Server rules, because the problem on private servers is that GM's are not workers, they don't get paid for its work, and they don't follow a rules to judge people, they do it on its own mind (idk if you get me). It's really obvious that using any kind of Bot/Hack is permaban, but you have to be really sure if the guy is using them. But there are other problems like scams, ganking, insulting, and there the gm can choose the punishment.

For example. This could be the serve rules:

- Using bot /third program. Clearly proved (permaban). Not clearly proved (1 warning, ban of 2 months at second one, perma at the third)
- Bad behavior (Insulting and so). It depends. The punishment can be from 1 warning untill 2 days ban)
- Exploiting the game. If it's clearly proved (1 ban of 1month, second time permaban) This shouldn't be so hard like using bot/program because in fact is a problem of the developers.

As i said, this is just an example.
PD: Accounts shall have a secret answer too, or a code that the owned get when are created to prevent thefts etc etc.

Jesus I really don't understand these topics. Guess what? I play following rules, which is really easy, and I never had to deal with a gm, besides those times, when I actually asked for a GM's help. Saying that the server is unplayable because of punishments screams, that you are just really bad at following the rules. And those rules are really easy to follow if you are an honest player without botting, cheating, etc...

Don't cheat, and won't get banned, lol.

'Afraid of playing' man wtf is wrong with you kids and your dependency on bots? ITS NOT HARD TO PLAY THE GAME AS IS.
