Sulfuron Ingot and Eye of Sulfuras

Are either of these items currently in game? No guild that I know of currently has any ingots which is very wrong. It's a decent drop that you usually get a least 1 in 3 kills. The GM I talked to said they are both supposed to be in game but no guild can confirm seeing either.
